Allou Guthmiller is consistently called “excellent,” “profound” and “inspirational” by audiences. She is a professional trainer, a dynamic speaker and personal coach to both the public and private sectors. Allou uses a rejuvenating and uplifting experiential approach, being a catalyst for change in her seminars/workshop retreats.

With 20 years of international holistic wellness expertise, she inspires individuals to expand their horizons and to live there full potential. In addition to television guest appearances, Allou has been published in the American Medical Holistic Journal, the American Holistic Nurses Journal, the Global Family Magazine. She also designed and delivered an Effective Living Series for the McGraw-Hill Associate Degree curriculum.

A Registered Nurse, Allou is also a graduate of Jack Canfield Self-Esteem Facilitation training, Gestalt program in the Field of Awareness, Life Purpose Potential training, Communication Skills for the Professionals, Humor & Creativity Facilitation, Caring Clown for Health and Wellness, and Clowns of America International.
